About Katherin Luong, DMD

Dr. Katherin Luong, DMD, is a highly motivated Doctor of Dental Medicine and General Dentist at Litchfield Dental Care. Dr. Luong provides outstanding comprehensive family and cosmetic dentistry for families and individuals in Litchfield Park, Arizona, conveniently located just minutes from Luke Air Force Base.

Dr. Luong completed a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology at San Francisco State University in California and a Post-Baccalaureate in 2015. In 2022, she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois.

Dr. Luong holds an American Academy Laser Certification, obtained from Midwestern University as DMD Candidate, where she developed comprehensive treatment plans specific to each individual and completed over 43 fixed prosthetics, crowns, inlays, and onlays. She also completed over 110 direct restorations and performed over 50 simple and surgical extractions.

She has experience executing periodontal surgeries using laser dentistry using Sirona Diode, Fotona Er: YAG, and Solea CO2 Lasers.

In addition, Dr. Luong has served as DMD Candidate at St. Vincent De Paul Community Clinic, where she provided dental care for the underserved community with a concentrated emphasis on treating pediatric patients. She restored the function of fractured, carious, and defective primary teeth.

As DMD Candidate at Royal Oaks, Dr. Luong provided conservative dental care and oral health education to the geriatric and senior community.

Her areas of interest include cosmetic dentistry, extractions, dental implants, removable and fixed prosthesis, and endodontics.
